These terms govern your use of the AI Growth Systemswebsite and free resources at theaivoicekit.com (the “site”). By signing up or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

1. What the site is

The site offers free resources, a quiz and guides for people learning to audit local businesses and sell them AI systems. It is educational material, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Free resources

Free resources are delivered to the email you provide. No card is required and nothing is charged.

3. Plans and billing

• The resources on this site are free. There is no paid subscription on this site.
• The community membership is billed through the community platform (Skool) on the terms shown there; cancel anytime.
• The book is sold on its own checkout page, on the terms shown there.
• Mentorship and done-with-you work are arranged and paid separately, on the terms of the written agreement signed before they start.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

4. Your account and access

Access is personal, tied to your email. Don’t share, resell, or redistribute the site’s contents. You may use what you produce with the resources (audits, calculations, proposals you adapt) freely in your own business, including client work.

5. No earnings claims

We make no promises about income, clients, or results. Examples and numbers on the site are illustrations, not guarantees. “The $50K Deal” is a book title, not an earnings claim. Building this takes work, and outcomes depend on you, your market and your clients.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, and code are ours or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them, not ownership.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, automated bulk access, reselling, attempting to bypass access controls, or using the materials to violate any platform’s rules or any law. We can suspend access that violates these terms; if we do so in error, contact us and we’ll fix it.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the site’s contents and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
