Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The AI Voice Kit(the “Kit”) at theaivoicekit.com. By starting a trial, creating an account, or purchasing, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Kit.

1. What the Kit is

The Kit is a digital library of tools, calculators, templates, and operator documentation for people building AI voice agencies. It is educational and operational material — not legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Free trial

The free trial gives full access for 24 hours from signup, tied to the email you provide. No card is required and nothing is charged. When it lapses, access closes unless you purchase.

3. Plans and billing

• The tools, docs, and community are free to use. There is no paid subscription on this site.
• Any paid community membership is billed through the community platform (Skool) on the terms shown there; cancel anytime.
• One-on-one work (Power Hour, mentorship) is arranged and paid separately, on the terms agreed at booking.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

4. Your account and access

Access is personal, tied to your email. Don’t share, resell, or redistribute the Kit’s contents. You may use what you build with the tools (outputs, calculations, scripts you adapt) freely in your own business, including client work.

5. No earnings claims

We make no promises about revenue, clients, or results. Examples and numbers in the Kit are illustrations, not guarantees. Building an agency takes work, and outcomes depend on you.

6. Intellectual property

The Kit’s content, design, and code are ours or licensed to us. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them — not ownership.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, automated bulk access, reselling, attempting to bypass access controls, or using the materials to violate any platform’s rules or any law. We can suspend access that violates these terms; if we do so in error, contact us and we’ll fix it.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Kit is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the Kit’s contents and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
