Refund Policy

Simple version: you get 24 hours free before you ever pay, so you know exactly what you’re buying. After that, here’s how refunds work.

First charge — 7-day guarantee

If the Kit isn’t what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first charge (monthly, annual, or lifetime) and we’ll refund it in full. No forms, no call, no hard feelings.

Renewals

Renewal charges aren’t refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Cancel from your Stripe receipt or by emailing us.

Single unlocks ($19)

Because the resource is delivered instantly and permanently, single unlocks are refundable only if the resource is materially broken or not as described.

How to request

Email alfredo@theaivoicekit.comfrom the address on your account with the word “refund.” Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
