The book is a digital download delivered instantly, so all sales are final, as stated on the checkout page. If the file is broken or does not arrive, email us and we’ll fix it.

The Text Playbook

The playbook, its files and the add-ons offered after checkout are digital downloads delivered instantly, so all sales are final, as stated on the page and at checkout. Buyers in the EU, the EEA and the UK keep their 14-day right to cancel until they tick the box that starts the download. If a file is broken or does not arrive, email us and we’ll fix it.

The Skool community

The community is billed by Skool. You can cancel anytime from your Skool account and keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

Mentorship and done-with-you

Refund terms for mentorship and done-with-you work are set in the written agreement you sign before we start.

How to request

Email alfredo@theaivoicekit.comfrom the address you used to buy, with the word “refund.” Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
