Privacy Policy

This is what The AI Voice Kitcollects, why, and what we do with it. Plain version first: we collect your email and how you use the site so the product and the emails work; we don’t sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Email address — when you start a trial, sign up through an Instagram DM, or purchase.
• Usage events — pages viewed, tools opened, signups, and purchases, tied to a random session identifier and, where applicable, the video or keyword that brought you here.
• Cookies — tk_sid (anonymous session), tk_var (A/B variant), tk_trial (your trial pass), tk_exp (trial countdown), tk_member (member session). No third-party ad cookies today; if we add analytics or ad pixels we’ll update this page.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your email, plan, and payment status, never your card number.

2. How we use it

• To run your trial and membership (access, restore-by-email).
• To send you the emails you signed up for — trial notices, the resources you requested, and our newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
• To understand which content brings people here (attribution), so we make more of what helps.

3. Who we share it with

• Stripe — payments.
• MailerLite — email delivery.
• ManyChat / Meta — if you signed up through an Instagram DM, that conversation lives on Meta’s platform under their policies.

No selling, no renting, no “partners” lists.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep account and purchase records while your access is active and as required for tax and accounting. Want your data deleted? Email us and we’ll remove your account data and unsubscribe you, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.

5. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email with one click — it’s honored immediately.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data: alfredo@theaivoicekit.com.
• Block cookies in your browser — the trial and member sessions won’t work without them, but the public pages will.

6. Children

The Kit is for business operators and isn’t directed at anyone under 16.

7. Changes

Material changes get posted here with a new date.
